Annually, since 2012 we’ve been making Currys and PC World’s key employee engagement film – ‘The Customer Plan’.

Initially it was just for internal comms, but they loved the first one so much each year it now goes on their external websites too.

Before we got involved the films were basically about getting their staff to sell more stuff.

We’d like to think we’ve brought out the more human side to their brand by changing the tone and language of the films and securing more authentic customer interviews.
